Hello! My name is Kea Shields. Organizing someone’s belongings is deeply personal, which is why I believe anyone
considering hiring an organizer should know a little about the person they’re inviting into their home. Your items hold memories, meaning, and sometimes stress — and every
client’s story deserves respect.
More than 20 years ago, I began exploring organizing classes and certifications, long before I realized professional organizing was even a career. Over time, my passion for decluttering, purging, and creating order grew into the realization that this work could become a meaningful and sustainable business.
Using my skills as a Program Manager at a top global IT company — leading large- scale programs that require precision, structure, and adaptability — I bring planning, problem-solving, and forward thinking into my work as a professional organizer. I will help clients move through overwhelming spaces by creating clear, manageable steps and supporting the process with intention and care.
Grounded in my Midwest upbringing, strong work ethic, empathy, and commitment to doing things right, I approach every project with clarity, respect, and reliable follow- through. I treat each client and their belongings with care, knowing every situation is unique, and I’m committed to collaboration, strong communication, and clear
expectations to help you achieve your goals
